Since this is a very small wiki we really don't need to wait the full two weeks for an RfA to be deemed successful or unsuccessful. I suggest that the new policy should state that RfAs can run for a maximum of two weeks or whenever a bureaucrat decides it's time to make a decision.

Personal Images[]
I think that the maximum amount of personal images that a user may upload should be set to three rather than completely prohibiting people from uploading personal images. However, these personal images would need to meet the following criteria:
• The image may not violate any of our other policies • The image must pertain to the user that uploaded the image, the State of Missouri, or this wiki in some way • If a user creates more than one account in order to upload more than three personal images then they may be temporarily or permanently blocked for sockpuppetting dependnig on the severity of the case (this would mainly be at the administrator's discretion as long as they adhere to our blocking policy)
